Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that are unworn, in new condition, and have ALL original tags attached. Returns must be received within 10 days of receipt of purchase by mail or in store. Returns received after 14 days of date of receipt of package will receive a store credit. All sales are final on sale merchandise, full price with discount codes, full price with discount specials and special orders. Return shipping fee is the customers responsibility. We apologize for this but a small family owned business just can't incure the costs.
Once we have received your return on orders placed online or over the phone, we will refund your credit card within 5-7 business days.
**In store purchase returns may be exchanged or given store credit only. Store credits do not expire.**

Shipping
We aim to process all online and phone orders as soon as possible. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 3pm EST will be shipped within 48 hours pending on availability of product and credit card verification. Orders placed after 3pm EST will be processed the following business day and shipped within 48 hours.
We use Fedex Express for delivery. You will receive an email with the tracking information.
